This taller-profile 150/70ZR17 Road 6 rear (69W) carries the same core engineering as the rest of Michelin's Road 6 line: 100% Silica Technology compounds paired with a new Water Evergrip tread pattern that Michelin's internal testing measured at 15% more wet grip than the previous Road 5 generation. External Dekra wear testing also found 10% longer tread life. Michelin extended its 2CT+ dual-compound technology to the front tire as well as the rear, improving stability under hard braking and acceleration — a detail that matters when carrying highway speed into a corner.
