About Additional Seat Parts

Not every seat problem calls for a new seat. This group holds the small parts around it: replacement foam, latch pin kits that keep a UTV seat locked down, mounting kits, armrests and armrest pouches. Riders come here to fix a seat that rattles, sags or will not latch, or to add arm support and a place to stash small items.

Match by machine first. Foam is listed by make, such as Yamaha or Kawasaki, because it is shaped to one seat. The latch pin kits in the samples are for Polaris. Heavy-duty adjustable armrests are listed for Can-Am Maverick and Polaris RZR XP models, and the armrest pouches for RZR and Maverick X3 years. A mounting kit such as the Torque V2 kit for a single seat is made for that seat and does not suit others. Foam sits under the cover, so if the cover is also torn, look at Seat Covers as well.

Brands in this category include Quad Logic, Ravek, Moose Offroad and AirHawk. Pick your machine in the Ride Finder at the top of the page to see parts listed for it. Related groups are Seats, Seat Belts, Harnesses & Parts and the parent category, Seats, Parts & Accessories.

FAQs on seat foam, latches and armrests

How do I find seat foam that fits my ATV?

Match the make, model and year range named in the listing, since foam is shaped to a specific seat. Samples here are listed for Yamaha and Kawasaki machines. If your seat is a different shape, such as a replacement or custom seat, the foam for the stock one will not suit it.

What does a seat latch pin kit do?

A seat latch pin kit replaces the pins that lock a removable UTV seat to the machine. If a seat lifts, rattles or no longer clicks into place, worn pins are one thing to check. The kits here are listed for Polaris, so confirm your model.

Are UTV armrests universal?

No. The armrests in this group are listed for particular machines, such as Can-Am Maverick or Polaris RZR XP models, because they attach to the seat or seat mount. Check that your model is named, and see whether the armrests adjust.

Can I replace seat foam myself?

Many owners do. It usually means removing the cover, swapping the foam and stretching the cover back on, which takes basic hand tools and often a staple remover and staple gun. Follow the instructions for your seat, and consider a new cover if the old one is worn.
