MAIER - 69995 - Heat Tile
MAIER's Heat Tile strips shield plastic side panels, engine air scoops and other nearby bodywork from exhaust pipe heat, with an adhesive backing on one side and aluminized fiberglass facing the pipe on the other. They're rated to handle 400°F (204°C) of constant heat or 500°F (260°C) intermittently, so they hold up right next to the header. The standard kit includes two 6" x 2" strips, while the large kit gives you a single 6" x 12" strip for bigger coverage areas.
