The S&S CYCLE 34-7013 is a connecting rod - evolution big twin '84-'99 engineered for street applications where fit, function, and build quality are the baseline expectation. High-quality, heavy duty rod sets come complete and ready to install. Set includes front and rear rods, crankpin and nuts, steel cages and roller bearings, giving you a level of quality that holds up across the full service life of the component. Crankpin has two oil holes and four slots ground on each side of the throw ends of the rods to help maintain the oil film on thrust faces. Rods are deep-forged and heat-treated, 0.120” wider than stock in the I-beam section and feature rod-to-rod clearance to accommodate strokes up to and including 5.00”. Installation of rod sets may require additional clearancing of flywheels and cases.. For riders who know the difference quality components make, the 34-7013 is the right call. Sold as a set.
