Michelin designed the Road Classic to look period-correct on a modern classic while performing like a current tire, most notably in the wet. In Michelin's own comparison testing, the SRT compound and 26% void ratio delivered 50% more wet grip than the previous-generation tire, and the bias-ply construction with two crown plies added 50% more cornering stability and 40% more straight-line stability over that same predecessor. Sized 18" rim for rear mounting. Sidewall is blackwall. Load/speed index: 64H.
