Introducing the Kibblewhite Beehive Valve Spring Kit, a revolutionary product that harnesses the latest advancements in valve spring technology. Through innovative wire chemistry and manufacturing techniques, combined with meticulous design protocols and simulation software, KPMI has overcome the limitations of ovate wire springs. These springs are progressively wound using high-quality chrome silicon wire and undergo heat treatment and shot peening. To ensure precise assembly height and resistance against keeper pull through, hardened Titanium retainers are utilized. Additionally, the included hardened steel basewashers control lateral movement and accurately position the spring. KPMI has specifically engineered these Beehive-style springs for optimal performance in Husqvarna and KTM applications. The Spring Kit features a valve type, intended for both intake and exhaust applications. The Ovate Wire Beehive style springs are made from strong steel collar material, with additional components crafted from titanium and steel. With a spring seat pressure of 80 Ib, spring open pressure of 205 lb, and a spring lift of 0.435", this Kit is designed to meet the demands of off-road riding. By taking advantage of the latest development in valve spring wire chemistry and manufacturing techniques, By coupling these developments with strict KPMI design protocols and employing multiple design simulation and FEA analysis software, we were we able to overcome the torsional stresses unique to ovate wire springs that previously limited their operating parameters. KPMI Beehive Springs are progressively wound using Kobe Super-Clean chrome silicon based wire that is heat treated and shot peened. KPMI uses its tightly toleranced, FEA designed hardened Titanium retainers in these applications to ensure correct assembly height and resist keeper pull through. The hardened steel basewashers included in these kits are designed to locate the spring and control lateral movement.

KPMI has developed ovate wire Beehive style springs that will live and perform at a high level in Husqvarna and KTM applications.
