Kibblewhite Valve Guides, Valves, Spring Kits and Seats

Kibblewhite is a valvetrain catalog from end to end, so the quickest way in is to name the part: a guide, a valve, a spring kit or a seat. We list about 730 Kibblewhite products, nearly all under Motorcycle with a small group under UTV | ATV. Roughly 580 sit in Valvetrain Components, split between Valve Guides, Springs & Parts and Engine Valves. About 130 titles name Harley-Davidson, and Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki each have a few dozen.

Valve guides

This is the biggest group, with about 265 titles. The material is in the name: roughly 35 say Cast Iron and about 34 say Manganese, with some listed as Shouldered or Manganese Bronze. Engine valves

About 120 titles are intake valves and about 90 are exhaust. Some are named by finish: about 42 say Black Diamond, 19 say White Diamond and 13 say Nitrided. Examples are the Black Diamond valve for the '09-'16 KX450F, the White Diamond valve for the '17-'25 CRF450R and RX and the Nitrided valve for '05-'17 Electra Glide models. About 20 are titanium, such as the Tensilite titanium valve for the '17-'19 KX250F and the titanium exhaust valve for the '18-'20 CRF250. Valve kits are listed separately, like the Black Diamond valve kit for '05-'17 Electra Glide models and the M8 valve kit.

Springs, seals and small parts

About 73 titles are spring kits. Harley-Davidson owners will find the Beehive spring kit for M8 engines, the dual spring kit for M8 and the Evolution/Twin Cam spring kit. Honda has the lightweight racing spring kit for the '18-'21 CRF250R and RX, and Can-Am has the Beehive kit for the Maverick X3.

Around 30 titles are seals, with listings such as the Viton valve guide seal and the OEM style seals for '48-'79 models. There are valve keeper keys, a valve seal installation tool set and about 37 valve seats, among them the powdered metal seat for Yamaha and Polaris.

Cylinder head service kits
