The Kibblewhite Black Diamond engine valve, part number 82-82616, fits '15-'22 Polaris and starts life as a single-piece EV8 stainless steel forging rather than a machined blank, giving it inherent strength with excellent flow characteristics right out of the box. A proprietary German infusion process hardens the surface to a depth that resists wear, friction, and corrosion better than conventional chrome or nickel electrolysis plating, and the stem carries a black nitride coating for added protection. Made in the USA.

- Valve is infused by a special German process to a depth of .002, with a surface build up of .0002 which improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides resistance to corrosion and wear that is superior to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating
- Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
