Kibblewhite's 30-33200 Intake Spring Kit is a stainless steel conversion kit that offers excellent benefits for your head. Specifically designed for each application, this kit includes everything you need to convert your head to the long-life stainless steel Black Diamond intake valves. By using Finite Element Analysis software, as well as proprietary camshaft analysis and spring design software, Kibblewhite has created components that are durable and reliable. The kit includes forged one-piece stainless steel intake valves, wound chrome-silicon heat-treated wire valve springs, ultra-light titanium retainers, and hardened steel bases. These high-quality materials extend the life of the valvetrain and intake components by up to 4 times longer than the OEM titanium parts. With a spring seat pressure of 40 lb and a spring open pressure of 147 lb, this kit is specifically designed for ATV riding style.
