Kibblewhite presents the 30-31230 Spring Kit, a stainless steel conversion kit designed to enhance the performance and durability of your engine. This kit includes all the necessary components to convert your head to the long-life stainless steel Black Diamond intake valves. By replacing the OEM titanium parts, the valvetrain and intake components can benefit from a lifespan extended by up to 4 times. The kit features forged one-piece stainless steel intake valves, chrome-silicon heat-treated wire valve springs, and ultra-light titanium retainers, all supported by hardened steel bases. Each component is meticulously designed and engineered using advanced software, such as Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.), camshaft analysis, and spring design software. With a focus on quality and performance, this kit is proudly made in the U.S.A. The Valve Kit is specifically designed for intake applications and is made of durable stainless steel. With a spring seat pressure of 40 lb, a spring open pressure of 147 lb, and a spring lift of 0.440", this kit comes complete with everything you need for an off-road riding style.
