Built for '04-'05 Honda, the Kibblewhite Black Diamond engine valve (30-30754) is CNC machined from a one-piece EV8 stainless steel forging rather than assembled from lesser components. A German-process surface treatment builds up a hardened layer that outperforms chrome or nickel plating for wear resistance and corrosion protection, while FEA-modeled profiles and flow-bench testing keep port flow efficient. The black nitride-coated stem rounds out a valve designed to hold up under repeated high-rpm use. Made in the USA.

- Valve is infused by a special German process to a depth of .002, with a surface build up of .0002 which improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides resistance to corrosion and wear that is superior to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating
- Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
