Kibblewhite presents their 20-4102 Exhaust Valve for Big Twin motorcycles. These valves are made from one-piece stainless steel and feature stellite tips. Through a special nitrided process, they are impregnated with a depth of .002" and a surface buildup of .0002". This enhances their wear properties and reduces friction. Not only do they resist corrosion, but they also outperform hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. These valves are lightweight and designed with profiles that optimize flow characteristics. They can be used with both leaded and unleaded fuels and can be run in cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances for maximum oil control and heat dissipation.
