Through a special nitrided process, the valve is impregnated with a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, which improves its wear properties and reduces friction. Not only is this valve resistant to corrosion, but it also wears better than hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The lightweight design and unique profiles of the valve ensure excellent flow characteristics. It is compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, can be used with cast iron and bronze guides, and provides maximum oil control and heat dissipation. This valve is proudly made in the United States. In terms of specifications, it is a valve specifically designed for exhaust applications.
