ICON - 0130-0711 - Pinlock® ProtecTINT™ Lens
This Pinlock ProtecTint lens is a light-sensitive replacement insert for Pinlock-prepared shields on ICON's Proshield/Airframe helmets, darkening in bright sun and clearing back up as light fades. It works with a moisture-absorbing plastic insert and a silicone bead seal against the shield, trapping a thin layer of air between the two panes that acts as insulation rather than a place for fog to form. It's a small, inexpensive fix for one of the most common complaints in cold or wet riding.
