Bikeman Performance Snowmobile and UTV Mufflers, Clutch Kits and Turbo Parts

Bikeman Performance is a sled-first catalog that has grown a side-by-side shelf. We list about 180 Bikeman products: roughly 110 are filed under Snowmobile, with most of the rest in the UTV | ATV categories and a few small items filed under Motorcycle. Mufflers and clutch parts are the two big groups.

Bikeman's own site says it manufactures and sells clutch kits, exhausts, ECU tuning and motor modifications for side-by-sides, ATVs and snowmobiles, and a SnoCross.com article places the company in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

Snowmobile exhaust

About 75 listings sit in Snowmobile Exhaust, and more than 60 titles say muffler. Powder Lite is the largest line, with about 33 listings, such as the Powder Lite slip-on muffler in stainless steel, the Powder Lite for the AXYS 800 and the plain Powder Lite muffler 02-120PL. Eight listings carry the Full Velocity name, like the Full Velocity slip-on in titanium and the ceramic Full Velocity slip-on. There is also an 850 E-TEC turbo muffler. Pipes and headers are a small group, including the ceramic exhaust pipe 01-113-C, the ceramic headpipe and a full exhaust.

Clutch kits, weights and springs

About 30 titles say clutch kit, and Snowmobile Clutch & Drive Belts holds the sled versions. Snyper kits are named by model and stage, for example the Stage 2 for the 850 Switchback, the Stage 2 for the Patriot 9R and the Stage 2 for the 850 Patriot Boost. Arctic Cat owners will find Adapt kits for the ZR 8000 and the ZR 9000 Thundercat with torsion conversion, plus a clutch kit for ZR/XF 800/8000.

Weights are sold on their own: the Snyper weight for Ski-Doo 850, the Goldstar weights for the 850 E-TEC and the Arctic Cat Snyper weight. Springs, about 13 primary and 10 secondary, are in Clutch Springs, such as the primary spring 05-85-255 and the secondary spring 05-TP160-260.

Do you list Bikeman parts for Can-Am? A few, including the X3 clutch tool kit, a set of six Can-Am clutch weights and the Can-Am charge tube kits. Polaris is the bigger group, with about 27 titles.
