WSM Personal Watercraft Pump Parts, Piston Kits and Engine Rebuild Parts

WSM is mostly a personal watercraft parts catalog, with an ATV and dirt bike engine group beside it. We list about 680 WSM products. Roughly 450 are under PWC, about 125 under UTV | ATV and about 110 under Motorcycle. Sea-Doo, Yamaha and Kawasaki are named in the most titles, with Polaris and Honda on the engine side. The biggest PWC groups are Engines, Impellers & Component (about 240), Impellers & Components (about 140) and Other Parts (about 110).

WSM's own About page says Water Sports Mfg. Co. Inc. was formed in 1992, makes its own ATV 2-stroke pistons, and rebuilds PWC engines and crankshafts.

Jet pump and drive parts

Pump parts make up a big share of the PWC listings. Wear rings come in rubber, plastic and stainless versions for Sea-Doo, such as the rubber ring for '03-'24 models and the stainless steel ring, and there is a Yamaha ring for the '99-'19 1100 WaveRunner family. About 13 listings are jet pump repair kits, including the Kawasaki, Sea-Doo and Yamaha kits.

Impeller shafts, pump cones and drive shafts are separate listings: the Sea-Doo impeller pump shaft, the 4-TEC pump cone for '04-'25 models, the Yamaha drive shaft and the Kawasaki coupler.

Engine rebuild parts

About 110 titles are piston kits, about 50 are piston rings, and more than 60 say Top End Kit, with bore size in millimeters and the make. For PWC there are the 82.00 mm Sea-Doo 720 kit, the 88.16 mm Sea-Doo 951 kit and the 100.46 mm Sea-Doo top end kit. Top-end engine rebuild kits are listed by model and years, like the Kawasaki 1100ZXi and 1100STX kit for '96-'03 and the Yamaha WaveRunner and Super Jet kit for '90-'96.

Lower-end pieces include the Sea-Doo 720 crankshaft assembly (eight crankshaft assemblies in all), the main crankshaft bearing kit and rotary valve shafts. About 33 gasket kits cover top ends and complete engines, for example the Yamaha GP760 and XL760 top end gasket kit.

ATV and dirt bike engine kits

Pistons, Rings & Piston Kits holds about 67 UTV | ATV listings and the motorcycle category about 49. The Yamaha Banshee has about a dozen, from the Platinum Series kit to the 68.50 mm big bore kit and the connecting rod kit. Electrical, cables and mats

Ignition & Starting Systems has about 30 listings: ignition coils like the Sea-Doo coil, the Yamaha charge coil, starter relays and voltage regulators. About 20 are steering cables, such as the Sea-Doo cable for '02-'20. Traction mats run to about 33 listings, among them the Kawasaki '95-'03 mat, the Sea-Doo '14-'21 mat and the Yamaha '00-'08 mat.

Each title opens with the WSM part number, then the part, a bore size or material where it applies, and the make or model years. Pistons and rings come in standard and oversize listings, so read the millimeter figure against your cylinder. Where a title names only a make, open the listing and check the part number against your engine.
