About HVAC & Parts
Cab heaters take the chill out of a UTV cab on cold days. The listings here are UTV cab heaters, each made for a particular make and model.
Heaters are model specific, with listings for Polaris, Arctic Cat, Honda, CFMOTO, Can-Am and Yamaha machines, including the Honda Pioneer and Yamaha RMAX. The heater works best when the cab is closed in, since doors, a roof and a windshield hold the warm air that an open cab loses. Check the listing for what the heater connects to and how it installs, since installation varies by machine. If you plan to add a cab, see the doors and roof groups before you buy a heater. Pick your machine in the Ride Finder at the top of the page.
Brands here include DEI and Moose Offroad. To enclose the cab, see Cabs, Doors & Parts, Roofs & Tops and Windshields & Windows. The parent group is Body Parts, Doors & Fenders.
FAQs on UTV cab heaters
Do I need a full cab to use a UTV cab heater?
You do not need one, but a heater works best when doors, a roof and a windshield keep the warm air in. In an open cab most of the heat is lost to the wind, so enclose the cab as far as you can.
How do I choose a cab heater for my UTV?
Heaters are listed by make and model, so start there. Pick your machine in the Ride Finder at the top of the page, and check the year range in the listing. A heater made for a similar model may not mount or connect correctly.
Can I install a cab heater myself?
Often, but the work varies by machine and may involve routing parts and making electrical or other connections. Read the installation instructions in the listing, and have a shop do the job if you are not comfortable with it.
Will a cab heater drain my battery?
If the heater has a fan or other electrical parts, it draws power from the machine's electrical system. Run the engine while using it, avoid leaving it on with the engine off, and keep the battery and charging system in good condition.
