SCOTT
Scott Goggles, Lenses and Grips
Scott is a goggle catalog with a small grip shelf attached. We list about 330 Scott products, and roughly 270 of them sit in Eyewear: complete goggles, spare lenses, tear-offs and roll-off parts. The grips are filed in Grips, Covers & Pads and the ATV grip category.
According to Wikipedia, Ed Scott, an engineer and skier from Sun Valley, Idaho, founded Scott in 1958 around an aluminum ski pole, and the company sold its first motocross goggles in 1970.
Goggles, by model
Scott puts the model name first, so start there. Prospect is the biggest family, with about 130 listings. The newer Prospect 2.0 runs through several versions, among them the Prospect 2.0 AMP, the Prospect 2.0 LS and the Prospect 2.0 WFS with roll-off. Titles also carry a lens name such as Works, Chrome or Clear, so the same goggle appears in many colorways.
Fury has about 80 listings, such as the Fury WFS goggle and the Fury snow cross goggle. The lower-priced Primal has about 55, including the Primal goggle in orange and white, and Split and Hustle fill out the rest of the goggle range, such as the Split OTG goggle in grey and yellow. OTG in a title is the over-the-glasses version.
Snow and youth
About 40 titles say snow or snow cross, like the LCG EVO snow cross goggle and the Split OTG snow cross goggle. Several are listed as light sensitive or dual pane. For smaller faces there are about 14 youth listings, among them the Youth Primal goggle and the Youth Agent goggle.
Lenses, tear-offs and roll-off parts
Spare parts are a big share of the catalog. About 55 listings are lenses, sold by the goggle family they fit: the Prospect Works replacement lens in green chrome, the Prospect/Fury lens, anti-stick, dual pane and the Hustle/Primal/Split single Works lens. Tear-offs come in packs, such as the Prospect/Fury laminated tear-offs and the Primal/Split 20 pack. Roll-off owners can look at the WFS50 canister kit for Prospect and Fury. Small extras include the speed strap and a no-fog cloth 24 pack.
Grips
About 50 listings. The SX II lock-on grip and cam set is a lock-on, the SX II grips with donut and Diamond grips with donut include a donut, and the Deuce ATV grips are marked for ATVs.
Matching a lens or tear-off
Lenses and tear-offs are listed by model family, often as a pair or trio such as Prospect/Fury or Primal/Split. Find the name on your goggle frame, then match it to the title. A lens for one family should not be assumed to fit another, and Prospect 2.0 listings are separate from the original Prospect.
Scott questions
What does Works mean in a goggle title? It is part of the lens or colorway name in about 60 listings, so read each title for the lens shown.
Can I buy just a lens? Yes. Replacement lenses, tear-offs and roll-off kits have their own listings, named for the goggle they fit.
Do you carry youth sizes? Yes, about 14 listings say Youth, including the Primal and Agent goggles.
