The S&S CYCLE 91-7661 is a purpose-built performance kit designed and tested to perform correctly in the conditions and applications it was made for. Kit includes standard flywheel assembly, 3.625” Sidewinder® stroker big bore cylinder, 9.75:1 compression ratio pistons, rings and gaskets. Flywheel assembly is complete with S&S heavy duty connecting rods and mainshafts, head gaskets, base gaskets, and exhaust gaskets, giving you a level of quality that holds up across the full service life of the component. Makes stock 80” displacement into 96” displacement. Does not include manifold, pushrods, or pushrod clips.. '77-'89 style pinion gear and oil pump drive gears must be used when installing S&S flywheels in '90-'99 engines.. The 91-7661 delivers exactly what riders need from a quality aftermarket component. Sold as a complete kit.
