Electric compression releases open when you press the start button and close when the button is released. Manual compression releases are opened manually and close when the motor starts, giving you a level of quality that holds up across the full service life of the component. Kits include the required parts for installation. For ease of installation and removal, a special socket can be purchased separately. Not for use on OEM heads.
