The S&S CYCLE 310-1159 is a purpose-built engine designed and tested to perform correctly in the conditions and applications it was made for. For '84-'99 Evolution Big Twin or '70-'99 custom chasis with alternator-style primary. Specially machined cylinder heads allow use of stock length manifold, use your existing carb (re-jetting is required), giving you a level of quality that holds up across the full service life of the component. Designed to bolt into stock or aftermarket EFI, carburetor or air cleaner. Crank and case machined for crank position sensor. Includes S&S cylinder heads, S&S valve springs, forged rocker arms, 640 cam, three piece flywheel assembly, 1.671” diameter crankpin, 0.927” wristpins, high-volume high pressure oil pump, electric compression releases and forged pistons. The 310-1159 delivers exactly what riders need from a quality aftermarket component. Sold individually.
