RSD Harley-Davidson Wheels, Covers and Air Cleaners

RSD parts here are mostly for Harley-Davidson Touring and Dyna models, with a few BMW pieces. We list about 40 RSD products, led by Brake Disc Rotors, Engine Covers, Air Filters and Wheels & Rims.

RSD's own about page says Roland Sands Design was founded in 2005, grew out of racing and custom bike building, and designs hard parts in-house for Harley-Davidson, Indian and BMW.

Wheels and brake rotors

Wheels. About six listings, each named for its design and fitment: the Traction front wheel, 21x3.5, with ABS, the Diesel front wheel in black and contrast cut and the Diesel rear wheel, 18x5.5, single disc with ABS.

Rotors. Seven or eight listings in Diesel, Traction and two-piece styles, such as the Diesel 11.5-inch rotor, the Diesel 13-inch rotor and the two-piece rotor for 2008-2023 Ultra Classic and Electra Glide models.

Covers and air cleaners

Engine covers. Seven listings: the Clarity cam cover for M8 engines, the Clarity cam cover for Twin Cam, Nostalgia rocker box covers and the 6-speed Clarity transmission cover.

Air cleaner kits. Six kits in Clarity, Clarion and Turbine designs, including the Clarity kit in contrast cut, the Turbine kit in Black Ops and a wash bag for air cleaner kits.

Controls and lighting

Smaller pieces include Chrono grips, Tracker foot pegs, Nostalgia handlebar risers, upper fork covers and a front Tracker turn signal.

Check the title first

RSD titles state the finish (Black Ops, Contrast Cut, Chrome), the engine or model years, and for wheels the size and ABS or non-ABS. Compare those against your bike before ordering.

RSD questions

What does Black Ops mean in a listing? It is one of the finish names in the titles, alongside Contrast Cut, Gloss Black and Chrome.

Do the wheels fit with ABS? Titles say "with ABS" or "without ABS" for each wheel, so pick the one that matches your bike.

Is there a difference between Twin Cam and M8 cam covers? They are separate listings, labeled for each engine.
