Pivot Works Bearing and Rebuild Kits for Dirt Bikes, ATVs and UTVs

Pivot Works is the brand to look for when the worn part is a pivot point: the linkage, swingarm, wheel hubs, steering stem or A-arms. We list about 540 Pivot Works products, roughly 355 under Motorcycle and around 190 under UTV | ATV. Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki are named most often in the titles, with KTM, Husqvarna and Gas Gas kits for dirt bikes and Polaris, Can-Am and Arctic Cat for side-by-sides.

Suspension pivots

Linkage rebuild kits. About 55 kits, each built for one chassis and listed with the model years. The Honda kit for '10-'17 CRF250R and '09-'16 CRF450R, the Suzuki kit for '18-'21 RMZ250 and RMZ450 and the Yamaha kit for the YFZ450R show the pattern. Swingarm and shock bearings. About 60 swingarm kits, such as the kit for the '00-'07 Honda XR650R and a Gas Gas, Husqvarna and KTM swingarm bearing kit. Around 40 more are shock bearing and shock rebuild kits, including the Yamaha shock rebuild kit and a shock bearing kit for the Raptor 700.

Fork seal kits. About 65 listings, split between Fork Rebuild Kits and Fork Seals & Gaskets. Examples are the KTM and Husqvarna seal and bushing kit and the Suzuki fork seal kit.

Wheels and steering

Wheel bearing kits. The largest group, with about 205 front and rear kits. Axles, Bearings, Seals & Spacers covers the bikes, from the front kit for '18-'22 YZ85 and YZ65 to the rear kit with collar for Honda CR and CRF. On the UTV side, Wheel Bearings, Hubs & Seals includes the rear kit for the '16-'18 YXZ1000R.

Steering stem kits. About 28 listings, mostly under Steering Bearings, among them the Honda steering stem bearing kit.

ATV and UTV suspension

About 40 A-arm bearing kits sit in A-Arms & Swingarms and Suspension Bearings, Bushings & Seals. Titles name the position, as in the Kawasaki KFX450R kit and the upper rear kit for Can-Am Maverick. Eight independent rear suspension kits cover quads and side-by-sides, such as the Honda Rincon kit and the Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport kit.

Matching the kit

Part numbers follow a code: PWLK is a linkage kit, PWSAK a swingarm kit, PWAAK an A-arm kit and PWFWK a front wheel kit. Many titles end in a model and year range, but a few say only "Honda" or "Yamaha." For those, open the listing and check the fitment before ordering.
