The NELSON RIGG SE-4030 Hurricane is a 30-liter waterproof backpack for street motorcycles, built from PVC tarpaulin with electronically heat-welded seams, a watertight roll closure, and four mounting RIGG STRAPS for secure tie-downs plus an air purge valve and padded back panel for easy compression.

- Integrated external pocket to hold optional hydration bladder (CL-HYDRO-S not included)
- UV Coated outer material cleans easily and prevents slipping or marking
- Side bottle pocket large enough to hold 30 oz bottles (Bottles not included)
- Side MOLLE panel to add other optional accessories
