MOOSE OFFROAD - 1861-1841 - Heat Shield - Carbon Fiber
Ethanol-blended fuels degrade carburetor rubber faster than ever, and the MOOSE OFFROAD 1861-1841 Carburetor Repair Kit is built with NBR rubber throughout, a material specifically chosen for its resistance to ethanol and modern fuel blends on the application machines. NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) is used for all O-rings and rubber gaskets, providing excellent resistance to ethanol, petroleum distillates, and temperature swings that cause cheaper compounds to swell, crack, or harden. The kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and float valve needle and seat — matched to OEM jet sizes so fuel delivery is restored to factory specification right out of the box. Having OEM-spec jets included is a significant advantage over generic rebuild kits that omit jets or use off-spec sizing. The 1861-1841 eliminates the guesswork of sourcing individual components and gets your machine running cleanly whether you're prepping for race day, returning a stored bike to service, or fixing a persistent fuel delivery problem. Sold as a complete kit.
Features
- Moose Racing pipe guards offer the most protection, style and durability on the market
- Custom molded to fit perfectly every time
- Antiballistic composite material, fiberglass, and high temperature resins yield an exceptional guard; 8 times stronger, 2 times stiffer, yet 1 and a half times lighter than aluminum
- The level of exhaust pipe heat that can be reached by 4-stroke models can cause pipes to ding easily; this heat can also cause damage to expensive riding parts; so eliminate the hassle by installing a Moose Offroad Pipe Guard
- Out pipe guards distribute impacts over a large area; aluminum guards cannot duplicate this effect
