The valve stem is available in center metal threaded or TR-4 round-base configurations, galvanized and finished with two washers plus a metal-and-rubber cap for a tight seal. It ships individually pouched in a nitrogen-rich atmosphere so the rubber stays supple and ready to mount instead of aging on a shelf.
