Magnum Shielding presents the 73198 Throttle Cable in KARBONFIBR. This cable is designed with a color and weave that perfectly matches all other Magnum control cables and brake lines. The fittings are polished and plated for a sleek appearance. The crystal clear outer jacket provides exceptional protection against scuffing paint or chrome, and it will never discolor. The cable is made with anti-friction inner liners, nylon adjuster inserts, and comes factory lubricated for smooth and long-lasting operation. It meets or exceeds all OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. This cable is proudly assembled in the U.S.A. The length provided is the length of the outer housing only, excluding the elbow. It is compatible with late style Mikuni carbs. Cables with applications before '96 have threaded elbows, while those for '96 applications and later have non-threaded elbows. The Throttle Cable is a silver, KARBONFIBR cable with a carbon fiber finish. The housing is made of fluoropolymer and has a length of 40-1/2". It offers a travel distance of 5" and has a 90? elbow angle. The handlebar fitting is smooth, and it is sold as a single unit. The cable is designed for street riding and has a silver base color.
