Magnum Shielding's Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit gives a '21-'23 Harley-Davidson matching braided cables and brake lines finished in a deep, glossy black weave with polished black chrome fittings. The kit covers throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any needed switch or turn-signal wiring for a complete handlebar swap. Brake lines use PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber, and Magnum's Signature braid under a PVC jacket, meet DOT FMVSS-106 specs, and dual-disc kits add a brazed manifold. Assembled in the USA.
