The Magnum Shielding 3HB-2416 1-1/4" Viking Handlebar solves the classic ape-hanger headache of stuffing a full wiring harness through the peak. A unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius with a generous pocket of clearance at the peak, so the factory harness, vinyl covering, terminals, and shrink sleeves all pass through cleanly. It's preloaded with E-Z pull-thru sleeving, CNC mandrel bent with machined control mounts and a high-luster finish, runs 1-1/4" diameter with 1" center sections and 3-1/2" on-center knurling for hydraulic clutch compatibility, though it's not for use with stock risers or the clamp/gauge mount on 883C/1200C models.

• Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
