Stepping up to a 23" wheel on a current FL Touring bike means the fender clearance problem grows, so this version uses two 1.25" travel limiters instead of the 1" pieces used with 21" wheels. Built exclusively to pair with Legend's Axeo Performance Cartridge Kit 0414-0747, it also requires separately installing 7-degree raked triple trees since the larger wheel changes the front-end geometry that much. A necessary companion part for riders running big wheels who don't want their fender meeting their tire. Sized for stock fork tubes, made in the USA.
