LA Choppers built the LA-7371-12 1-1/4" Prime Ape Handlebar to give a '23-'25 Harley-Davidson bagger real presence without punishing the rider's wrists. The bar is slotted for clean internal wiring, knurled on 3-1/2" centers for a solid clamp grip, and works with Throttle-By-Wire systems. It's a USA-made bar that accepts H-D OEM heated grips, with the one caveat that XL 883C/1200C stock riser and gauge-mount clamps aren't compatible.
