The Cut-In Lid Kit adds 6 x 9 inch speakers to a lid without a trip to the paint shop, with a design that angles the speakers toward the rider for the best sound and exposes more of the speaker cone than typical kits offer. A supplied cutting template makes the job easier, an upgraded wire harness wrapped in nylon braid includes a custom inline grommet for bags, and a 1mm-thick, boot-worthy grill mesh follows the lines of the bike rather than sitting on top of it. Adapters, grills, templates, wiring, and all the hardware needed for installation are included.
