It's finished in high-quality automotive-grade vinyl over molded polyurethane foam for comfort and styling, built on a 3/16-inch ABS thermoformed seat base that's carpeted underneath with rubber bumpers to protect the paint, and kept narrow up front for better leg clearance. It fits with all Drag and most H-D sissy bars and includes all mounting hardware. Made in the USA.
