The CIRO 60625 Extended Arm Upgrade Kit is a black kit for 2009-2021 Harley-Davidson models (including Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low FLHTCUL, Police FLHTPI, and Standard), extending frame-mounted adjustable highway peg mounts from 4" to 5-1/2" and including two arms with bolts and high collar washers — no drilling required.
