Burly Brand's B12-2102C Bagger Ape Hanger Handlebar gives '23-'26 Harley-Davidson baggers the tall ape-hanger stance while keeping full visibility of the factory gauges and display, thanks to optimized geometry rather than a straight copy of old-school ape bends. It's drilled for internal wiring through a 1" clamping area and notched for Throttle-By-Wire compatibility. Note that it calls for longer cables, lines, and electrical wiring to install, and it isn't compatible with heated grips.
