This version of Burly's Brawler Kit brings the same dual-purpose design to newer Harley models — a highway bar for long-ride comfort that's also engineered to grind down and prevent the bike from catching and flipping in a tip-over. TIG-welded 7-gauge mild steel provides the structural strength, and Delrin sliders take the brunt of any impact and can be replaced individually rather than requiring a whole new bar. Chrome finished, it looks like a standard highway bar right up until the day it isn't.
