Arlen Ness built this 21-inch carbon fiber wrapper fender to fully wrap the front wheel on touring models, trimming weight off a Harley-Davidson while adding a custom double-window design that pre-preg carbon fiber and CNC-machined billet aluminum molds make possible. A high-gloss, UV-resistant clear coat keeps the weave visible and protected, the fender clears brake rotors up to 14 inches, bolts on directly without extra brackets, and accepts any 130/60-21 front tire.
