The Supertech M10 TLD Edition 25 MIPS® is built with genuine race-level construction: a multi-composite shell combining a 3K carbon outer layer for strength and efficient energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer for radial strength and controlled deflection, and an aramid fiber layer for critical penetration protection, all bonded with epoxy resin so the shell spreads impact energy wider before the four-density EPS liner absorbs it. The smooth, channel-free aerodynamic profile keeps the shell free of load points that could compromise the structure in a crash, and 28 intake and exhaust ports keep the M10 ultra-ventilated even at race pace. MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System adds a layer of rotational-impact management, while the sculpted chin bar profile and its softer, rubber-wrapped EPS liner are built to clear the collarbone and reduce injury risk there. The Emergency Release System handles both visor release and roost/sun protection, removable side pads spread impact energy across a wider area, and the Eject helmet removal system helps first responders extract the helmet safely.
