Works Connection Billet Parts for Dirt Bikes

Works Connection is mostly small parts that dress up and protect a dirt bike: start devices, radiator braces, axle blocks, brake and clutch covers, skid plates and plugs, almost all in anodized colors. We list about 450 of them, and the title tells you the part, the color and the brand family (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Husqvarna or Gas Gas) before you open the page.

Powersports Business reported in 2013 that the company started in an owner's garage in 1989, designs and assembles its products, and has nearly all of them made within an hour's drive of its California headquarters.

Start devices and engine parts

Pro Launch Start Device. The biggest group, with about 110 listings, sorted by color and by brand, for example the Pro Launch Start Device in red for Honda, the gray version for Yamaha, the red one for Gas Gas and the purple Suzuki unit. Some listings go by model and year, like the Honda CRF250R/CRF450R '02-'09 device. Most sit in Other Electrical & Ignition Components.

Covers and plugs. About 19 oil filter covers come in Honda and KTM fitments, and the Aluminum Oil Filler Plug is sold for several brands in oil drain plugs and filler caps. The radiator plugs are listed for '13-'19 Honda and Kawasaki.

Cooling, wheels and guards

Radiator braces. About 50 sets in Engine Cooling, sold by color and bike, such as the silver set for Suzuki and the black set for Kawasaki.

Axle blocks. More than 30 Elite axle block listings in Axles, Bearings, Seals & Spacers, including the Elite Axle Block in blue for Yamaha and the Elite Axle Block Kit for Gas Gas, Husqvarna and KTM.

Skid plates and frame guards. The MX skid plates run about two dozen listings in Skid Plates, Sliders & Spools, such as the YZ 250 plate and the CRF150R plate. Frame guards are in Frame & Crash Protection, and there are rear caliper guards for several bikes.

Controls and small hardware

Billet front brake reservoir covers and rear brake covers cover the brake side, and the rotating master cylinder clamps sit with the bar parts. The Elite perch body assembly is sold without hot start or with it. Footpeg parts include titanium foot peg mounts for CRF, weld-on peg extensions and air fork EZ Fill kits.

The same part usually comes in a stack of colors, and each color has its own listing and part number, so check that the brand family or model range in the title matches your bike before you pick the finish.
