PRO CIRCUIT
Pro Circuit Exhaust Systems, Pipes and Silencers
A Pro Circuit title reads like a code: part number, then a series name such as T-6, Ti-6 or Platinum, then the bike and years. We list about 550 Pro Circuit products, and roughly 420 of them are in Exhaust & Emission Systems, with the rest split between controls, decals and team apparel. Learn the series names and the catalog sorts itself.
Pro Circuit's own company page says Mitch Payton founded it in 1978 and that it began with custom-tuned exhaust pipes, then added silencers and other motorcycle parts.
Four-stroke systems and slip-ons
T-6 and Ti-6. The deepest group, about 85 T-6 and 60 Ti-6 listings, mostly in Exhaust System Kits and Silencers, Mufflers & Baffles. Titles spell out the build: the T-6 Exhaust System for the '19-'26 Yamaha YZ250F, the Stainless Steel T-6 Exhaust for the KLX230R, the Ti-6 Exhaust System for the '25 Honda CRF250R and CRF250RX and the Ti-6 BC Pro Titanium System with titanium end cap for the '24-'26 Kawasaki KX450. Slip-ons include the T-6 Slip-On for the '24-'26 Triumph TF 250-X.
Small bikes and trail bikes. The T-6 Titanium Exhaust System for the '16-'17 Honda Grom, the T-6 system for the CRF110F and the XR400R T-4 Silencer show how far the range reaches. About 15 listings carry the T-4 name.
Two-stroke pipes and silencers
Platinum and Works pipes. About 70 Platinum and 37 Works listings, filed in Manifolds & Headers and Exhaust Pipes & Tips. Examples: the Platinum Pipe for the '23-'26 Gas Gas, Husqvarna and KTM, the Works Pipe for the '05-'07 Honda CR250R, the Platinum Pipe for the YZ65 and the Platinum 2 Pipe for the KX500. Head pipes are sold on their own, such as the Platinum Head Pipe for the '02 CR250R.
304, R-304 and Ti-2 silencers. About 110 titles carry the 304 or R-304 name, among them the R-304 Silencer for the '03-'05 KX125 and the 304 Silencer for the RM85. The Ti-2 line has about 20, like the Ti-2 Silencer for the '25-'26 Sherco SE Factory.
Spark arrestor silencers. Seventeen listings name a spark arrestor, for example the Spark Arrestor Silencer for the '92-'96 CR250R.
Parts, decals and apparel
Replacement stainless end caps are sold separately. Beyond exhaust, the catalog has aluminum throttle tubes in Throttle Controls, forged clutch levers, the KX450F shift lever, about 20 decals and Pro Circuit hats and T-shirts.
Matching a part to the bike
Pick the engine type first, because two-stroke pipes and four-stroke systems are listed separately. Then read the years in the title, and note whether it is a full system, a slip-on, a head pipe or just the silencer. Our slip-on vs. full exhaust guide covers that choice.
Pro Circuit questions
What is the difference between Platinum and Works pipes? They are separate product names, each listed by bike and years, so choose the one your model's listing shows.
Do you list spark arrestor versions? Yes, 17 silencers say spark arrestor in the title.
Are silencers and pipes sold together? Often separately: a Platinum or Works pipe is its own listing, and the silencer is another.
