Polisport Dirt Bike Plastics, Fenders, Handguards and Guards

Polisport is a plastics-first brand, so the way in is the bike: pick your make and model, then the part. We list about 1,360 Polisport products, nearly all under Motorcycle, with roughly 760 in Body & Frame and about 250 in Guards & Protection. KTM shows up in the most titles (about 295), then Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Husqvarna, Beta, Suzuki, Gas Gas and Sherco.

In a Racer X interview, founder Pedro Araújo said he started Polisport while still a student racing motocross, because nobody in Portugal was making plastic parts for motorcycles, beginning with fenders and hand guards.

Body kits and plastics

Fairings, Plastics & Body Kits holds about 415 listings. About 160 are body kits, and about 80 carry Restyle or Restyling in the title, such as the Full Body Kit in black for the Yamaha YZ and the Restyling Body Kit for the '21-'24 Honda CRF250R and CRF450R. About 20 say Full Plastic Kit, like the orange kit for the '25-'26 KTM SX-F Factory Edition and the Nardo Grey kit for the '25-'26 Husqvarna FC250, TX300 and TC125. Some kits include fork guards, such as the KX 450 F kit in green.

Single plastic pieces

Radiator covers and shrouds. About 155 covers, filed in Other Engine Cooling Parts, run from the CR 125R/250R restyle cover to the KX '19-'24 cover in green. The Nardo Grey shroud for the Husqvarna FE501S and TE300i is one of six shrouds.

Side panels and number plates. About 120 side panels, like the CR '02-'07 restyle panels in black and the KX '03-'08 panels in green, and about 85 number plates, such as the OEM white plate for the KTM SX 85 and the CRF 250R/RX and 450R/RX plate in gray.

Fenders and airboxes. Fenders has about 230 listings, roughly 110 front and 45 rear, including the front fender for the '17-'22 Honda CRF and the OEM orange rear fender for the KTM SX/XC '09-'15. About 40 airbox covers include the CRF '10-'13 cover in white.

Handguards, levers and guards

Handguards. Handlebar Guards & Protection lists about 40, in the MX Flow (about 13), MX Air, Nomad and Trail Blazer lines, such as the MX Flow for the '08-'24 Yamaha YZ250FX, YZ450FX and YZ450F, the MX Air in blue and black and the Nomad handguards.

Levers. About 40 listings, most titled Unbreakable: the Pivot Unbreakable Lever Set in black and the APT Unbreakable Lever for the CRF250RX, CRF450RX and CRF250R.

Fork guards, skid plates and frame guards. Fork Guards & Covers has about 65, such as the white fork guard cover. Skid Plates, Sliders & Spools includes the Fortress Skid Plate for Gas Gas, Husqvarna and KTM '19-'23. About 25 frame guards include the Tenere 700 set, and 13 chain sliders include the Honda CRF250RX/450RX set.

Pipe guards. The Armadillo line, about 19 listings, includes the Armadillo Pipe Guard in black and the Armadillo Extreme Silencer Guard.

Reading a Polisport title

Titles lead with the Polisport part number, then the part, the color, the make and the year range. Color names such as OEM White, Nardo Grey and Black/Orange are in the title, and a few listings give only the make, like the Radiator Covers For Honda, so open the product page for the models it covers.
