Parts Unlimited Parts for Motorcycles, Snowmobiles and ATVs

Parts Unlimited is the name to search when the part you need is an everyday wear item: a chain, a sprocket, a battery, a cable, a fork seal or a carburetor kit. We list about 2,880 Parts Unlimited products, roughly 2,000 of them under Motorcycle, about 515 under Snowmobile and around 310 under UTV | ATV. Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki appear most often in the street and dirt titles, and Polaris, Ski-Doo and Arctic Cat in the snow ones.

Racer X reports that Fred Fox started the business behind Parts Unlimited in 1967 at his home in Janesville, Wisconsin, first buying parts from struggling snowmobile companies and later making its own parts and moving into motorcycles.

Drivetrain

Sprockets. About 230 motorcycle listings in Sprockets, plus about 65 for ATVs. Titles give countershaft or rear, tooth count and brand, such as the 14-tooth Honda countershaft sprocket, the 47-tooth Suzuki rear sprocket and the 38-tooth Polaris rear for ATVs.

Chains. About 175 drive chains in Final Drive Belts & Chains, sold by pitch and link count: roughly 85 in 520, 40 in 530, 27 in 428, 13 in 420 and 10 in 525. The 520 PX Series with 94 links, the 520H with 120 links and the 530 O-Ring Series with 116 links show the naming.

Electrical and fuel

Batteries. About 180 motorcycle batteries in Batteries, with AGM, conventional and lithium LiFePO4 titles. The listing names the battery code, as in the YB7B-B, the R12N10-3A-2 conventional battery and the HJTZ7S-FPP lithium.

Starters and carburetor parts. Starter Motors holds about 75 listings, such as the Honda starter, with about 85 more for ATVs. Carburetor Parts has about 150, mostly repair kits like the Yamaha V-Max kit and the Honda VT600 kit. Petcock rebuild kits, such as the Yamaha one, sit nearby.

Controls, suspension and wheels

Clutch Cables has about 120 listings, among them the vinyl clutch cable for Suzuki. Throttle cables include vintage fitments like the vinyl-covered cable for the '76-'78 CB750. Hand Brake Levers (about 115) and Clutch Levers (about 90) include the Honda clutch lever in black and a wide-blade chrome brake lever for Suzuki.

Fork Seals & Gaskets lists about 105 seals by inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness, like the 43 mm seal. Also here are mirrors and Wheels, Tires & Parts, with bearings such as the 30x62x16 double-seal bearing and inner tubes.

Snowmobile

Close to a fifth of the catalog is for snow. Air Intake & Fuel Systems has about 140, including the Polaris carburetor rebuild kit. Engine Components has about 130, mainly piston assemblies like the 72 mm Polaris piston and ring sets. Clutch & Drive Belts lists about 50 belts by width and outside circumference, such as the Supreme TC belt.

Read the title for the machine, the year range and the measurement: tooth count, chain pitch, battery code, seal diameters or belt width. Some titles name only a brand, so open the listing before ordering.
