HOT RODS
Hot Rods Crankshafts, Connecting Rods and Bottom End Kits
Hot Rods lives below the cylinder: crankshafts, rods, the bearings that carry them and the seals around them. We list about 740 Hot Rods products, with roughly 425 under Motorcycle and about 310 under UTV | ATV. They sit mostly in Crankshafts, Engine Rebuild Kits & Components and Connecting Rods & Parts, with Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki and KTM named in the most titles.
Hot Rods' own brand page says it has made aftermarket crankshafts and connecting rods since 1993, and that its connecting rods are forged and machined from 8620 case hardened nickel chromoly steel in the USA.
Crankshafts
Titles say what kind of crank it is. About 80 are "OEM Stroke" crankshaft assemblies, listed by make, like the Polaris 4403, the Honda 4083 and the Yamaha 4001. About 95 more are "Crankshaft Kit - OE Crankshaft Replacement" listings, such as the KTM CBK0003 and the Arctic Cat, Kawasaki and Suzuki CBK0096.
Around 30 are stroker cranks. Two name their machines outright: the stroker for the '05-'17 Honda TRX450R and CRF450X and the stroker for the '06-'20 Yamaha Raptor 700R and 700. Side-by-side owners will see crankshaft and rods kits for Can-Am and the Polaris HR00248.
Bottom end kits
About 60 titles are Bottom End Kits, the crank plus the parts that go with it. Examples are the KTM CBK0202, the Husqvarna and KTM HR00235, the Polaris Sportsman 850 kit for '10-'13 and the Ranger XP 1000 High Lifter kit for '20-'24. Polaris has the largest set, about 25 bottom end listings.

Rod kits. About 85 listings, named by model: the Honda CRF450R, the Yamaha WR450F and YZ450F, the Kawasaki KLX450R and KX450F and the Yamaha Raptor 660. There is also a Yamaha Wave Runner kit. Bolt kits are listed on their own, such as the Polaris HR00080 and the Can-Am HR00092.
Crank and rod bearings. Engine Bearings holds the main bearing and seal sets, like the Polaris K088, about 18 wrist pin bearings such as the KTM WB141, and plain bearings for rods and cranks, including the Polaris CRBPLKIT-4B and the blue Polaris rod bearing. Counter balancer bearing kits number about 26, for example the Yamaha BBK0015.
Transmission and water pump parts
Transmission bearings take about 70 kit listings, including the Honda TRX450, the Yamaha 350 Banshee and the Yamaha 660 Raptor. Output shaft seals, about 35, run from the Honda OSK0007 to the Yamaha OSK0054, and the Gas Gas, Husqvarna and KTM output shaft kit is a separate listing.
About 50 water pump repair kits sit in Water Pumps, among them the Polaris WPK0069 and the Kawasaki WPK0033, with shaft kits like the Polaris HR00003.
Matching a Hot Rods part
Titles open with the Hot Rods part number, then the part, then the make, and sometimes the model and years. Where only a make is named, open the listing and compare the part number with your engine.
