FLY RACING

FLY Racing Helmets, Gear, Goggles and Apparel

FLY Racing is mostly about what you wear on the bike: our catalog lists about 1,200 FLY products, and nearly all of them sit in Apparel & Protective Gear. That covers helmets and visors, gloves, pants, jerseys, goggles and tear-offs, plus tees, hats and a few bags. Youth sizes show up in about 240 titles and women's items in about 100, so the quickest start is to pick the family below and then your size.

FLY's own About page says the company was founded in 1998, started with handlebars, levers, boots and chest protection, added helmets in 1999, and launched its first MX clothing line that April.

Helmets, visors and liners

Motorcycle & Powersport Helmets holds about 170 FLY listings, with Motocross Helmets overlapping it. The Formula family is the biggest, in CC, CP and S Carbon versions, such as the Formula CC Solid in matte black, the Formula CC Tektonic and the Formula S Carbon in black. Kinetic and Sentinel helmets, like the Kinetic Vision and the Sentinel Recon, are listed too. Replacement visors are sold separately, for example the Formula CC Glide visor and the Trekker Kryptek Conceal visor, along with Formula helmet liners in several sizes.

Gloves, pants and jerseys

The F-16, Lite and Kinetic lines are the backbone of the riding gear. About 175 listings are in Gloves, including the F-16 gloves in black and white and the Lite gloves in black and red. Pants has about 170, from the F-16 pants to the Kinetic pants and the Youth Lite pants. Matching jerseys, such as the Lite jersey in black and red and the Youth F-16 jersey, are filed with the other gear. Jackets number about 70 in Motorcycle Jackets, including the Patrol jacket.

Goggles, boots and cold-weather gear

Eyewear lists about 100, such as the Zone goggle with a mirror lens, the Focus snow goggle and laminate tear-offs. Boots are a small group: the Youth Maverik Mini boots and spare buckles and straps. For snow there are Incline monosuits and, in Personal Watercraft, flotation vests from infant sizes up.

Casual wear and bags

About 120 titles are tees and 30 are hoodies, among them the Youth Fly Edge hoodie. Headwear includes the Fly Trucker hat, and the Jump Pack backpack is one of a handful of bags.

Picking a size

Each size and color is its own listing, so a gear item can appear a dozen times. Read the size at the end of the title: letters for gloves and jerseys, waist numbers such as "SZ 28" for pants, and Y-prefixed sizes (YL, YM, Y11) for youth. Helmet titles end in a size too, and some Formula S Carbon listings add a code such as S1A, so read the whole title before ordering.
