FIRE POWER

Fire Power Sprockets, Chains, Batteries and Starter Motors

Fire Power is the brand to check when you need an everyday replacement part with a model and year range in the title: a sprocket, a chain, a battery, a starter, a lever. We list about 1,860 Fire Power products, roughly 1,640 filed under Motorcycle, about 780 under UTV | ATV, and some also under Snowmobile and Personal Watercraft.

Sprockets

This is the largest group, about 510 listings in Sprockets, with a smaller set in UTV | ATV Sprockets. About 340 are rear sprockets and about 165 are front countershaft sprockets. Titles give the material, tooth count and pitch, and many give a color: black is the most common, with some in orange, blue and red.

Rear. Aluminum and steel versions are listed side by side, such as the 49-tooth aluminum rear for the Honda Big Wheel and CRF125F, the 47-tooth aluminum 420 rear for Husqvarna and KTM and the 48-tooth steel rear for the Honda CRF250L and XR650L.

Front. The 14-tooth steel front for the Honda CRF150R and the 13-tooth Kawasaki KX100 front are typical.

Chains and master links

About 165 titles are chains, filed in Final Drive Belts & Chains. They are sold by pitch and link count, mostly in 520 and 530, with 428, 420 and 525 as well. Heavy duty, O-ring and X-ring chains are labeled in the title, for example the 428 heavy duty chain with 114 links, the 520 O-ring chain with 100 links and the 520 X-ring chain with 100 links. There are about 38 master links, such as the 520 X-ring clip link, and 25-foot rolls for shops.

Batteries

About 195 listings, split between Motorcycle Batteries and UTV | ATV Batteries. The title states the type: about 85 are "W/Acid" batteries, such as the CB7C-A for the Yamaha TW200; about 35 say maintenance free, like the CT7B-BS; about 30 say sealed factory activated, such as the CT12B-4; and about 20 are lithium, including the HJTZ7SL-FP-B Featherweight. Older bikes get 6V versions.

Starter motors and ignition

About 170 titles are starter motors, about 110 in UTV | ATV Starter Motors and about 45 in Motorcycle Starter Motors. Brand groups run Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki at around 30 each, then Polaris, Suzuki and Arctic Cat. Examples: the Honda Rancher starter, the Yamaha Big Bear starter and the Victory Cory Ness starter. Ignition parts include the Hayabusa ignition coil and spark plug caps that name the NGK number they replace.

Controls, cooling and hauling

Clutch Levers (about 60) and Hand Brake Levers (about 60) include the black clutch lever for the Honda Nighthawk and the black brake lever for the Honda XR350R. Handlebars number about 85, including 7/8-inch ape hangers in several rises and the Clubman bar. About 70 radiators are listed by left and right side, such as the Honda CRF250R left radiator, plus radiator caps with a temperature gauge. For hauling there are about 40 tie-downs, such as the 1-inch tie-downs, 2 per pack, and L-track kits.

Fire Power questions

How do I match a sprocket? Read the tooth count, chain pitch (420, 428 or 520) and the model range in the title.

What does "W/Acid" mean on a battery? It is part of the listing name on those batteries, so open the listing for what ships with it. The sealed and lithium titles say so as well.

Are the ATV starters separate from the motorcycle ones? Yes, each category has its own listings, and each title names the machine and years.
