Eastern Motorcycle Parts Bearings, Shims and Small Parts for Harley-Davidson Engines and Gearboxes

Eastern Motorcycle Parts listings are the small pieces inside the engine and transmission: roller sets, spacers, shims, snap rings, bushings and nuts. Each title opens with a part number such as A-9220-28 or A-35070-84, then the part name, then a size or the year range. We list about 540 of them, all under Motorcycle, with roughly 200 in Engines & Engine Parts and about 190 in Transmission & Drivetrain. About 160 titles name Big Twin and about 75 name Sportster or XL.

Engine bearings and bottom end

Engine Bearings holds about 70 listings, including some 40 connecting rod roller sets sold in sizes from standard to +.001". The standard set for '58-'84 Big Twin, the +.0006 set for '86-'96 Big Twin and the +.001" set for XL show how the size is written. About 20 listings are pinion shaft parts, such as the Sportster pinion shaft bearing in blue, the pinion bearing race for '87-'99 Big Twin and the right pinion bearing for '99-'02 Twin Cam. About 40 listings cover the cam: thrust washers for the cam gear in several thicknesses, the inner cam needle bearing for '58-'99 Big Twin and a cam bushing kit for Big Twin OHV. Transmission and clutch

Gearbox & Transmission Parts lists about 73. Main shaft and drive gear spacers are sold by year range, as with the spacer for '84-'86 and the spacer for '37-'77. Others include main shaft washers, shifter fork shims in 10-packs and the 4-speed lock tab washer. For the clutch, Clutch Parts & Kits has about 55, such as the clutch hub bearing, the clutch hub nut for Big Twin and pressure plate snap rings. Snap and retaining rings run to about 45 listings in total.

Starter, sprocket shaft and wheel

Starter Motor Parts holds 27, like the starter ring gear for '65-'84 and the kickstarter shaft bushings. Sprockets is mostly sprocket shaft spacers, including the 0.020" 5-pack and the Timken bearing assembly for '77-'03 Sportster. For the wheel end, Axles, Bearings, Seals & Spacers carries the 3/4" replacement axle in 12-1/2" and the rear axle collar.
