DRAG SPECIALTIES

Drag Specialties Harley-Davidson Parts

Drag Specialties is the biggest single catalog we carry for Harley-Davidson owners, with about 6,600 listings that run from seats and handlebars down to brake lines, regulators and engine bolt kits. Nearly all of it is filed under Motorcycle, so this page sorts it by family and points you to the category where each one lives.

HotBike's 50-year anniversary piece says Tom Rudd, a Sportster drag racer, opened a parts shop in Minneapolis in 1968, and that Fred Fox bought the brand in 1988 and brought it under LeMans Corp.

Match the part to the model

Most titles name a model line or year range: about 460 mention Sportster or XL, 230 Softail, 100 Dyna, and roughly 80 M8 and 65 Twin Cam. Around 120 more mention Victory, Indian, Buell, V-Rod or trike fitments. Brake lines, cables and regulators vary by model and year, so match the whole title, not just the part name.

Drag Specialties questions

Does "TBW" in a title matter? Yes. It marks throttle-by-wire versions of a bar or control, listed apart from the cable versions.

Are Drag Specialties parts only for Harley-Davidson? Mostly, but some listings name Victory, Indian, Buell or trike models.

Where do I start with a catalog this size? Pick the category above, then read the model and years in each title.
