ARLEN NESS

Arlen Ness Harley-Davidson Parts

Arlen Ness parts are the ones you see on custom Harleys: big air cleaners, deep-cut grips and foot controls, billet levers, carbon fiber fenders and wheels with a lot of spoke work. We list about 1,600 of them, mostly for Harley-Davidson Touring, Softail and Sportster models, plus some Dyna, Indian and Victory parts. The company says it has designed and made performance parts in California since 1970.

Air cleaners. The biggest group, over 400 listings in Air Filters and Air Intake & Fuel Delivery. The Big Sucker is sold in Stage I kits, like the Big Sucker Stage I Air Filter Kit in black. The Inverted Series has its own 10-Gauge chrome kit, and the Method Clear Series air cleaner in gold for 2023-2025 Harley-Davidson shows the newer style. There are also Monster Sucker kits and Stage 2 Oval kits in carbon fiber.

Controls, grips and pegs. Foot Controls, Pedals & Pegs has around 180 Arlen Ness listings, from Diamond foot pegs for the driver to the Deep Cut Foot Control Kit with heel/toe shifter and mid controls for FL models '09-'24. Grips are in Handlebars, Grips & Controls, including Deep Cut Comfort Series grips and knurled grips in cable and throttle-by-wire versions. The Method Lever Set and Method Kickback risers round out the Method line.

Wheels and brakes. Wheels & Rims lists 21" fronts in Y-Spoke and Split-Spoke designs and forged Fat Factory wheels. In Brake Disc Rotors, the Spider Rotor 11.8" in red is one of many colors, and the Monoblock Axial Brake Caliper is in the brake section.

Body and carbon fiber. Carbon fiber side covers for Touring '24-'25, a carbon fiber rear fender with custom lighting for Touring '09-'25 and the Carbon Fiber Body Kit for 2023-2026 Touring.

Small custom parts. Pop-up gas caps, titanium 12-point bolt kits, Derby covers, downdraft side-view mirrors and custom horns are all here too (Mirrors).

Fitment

The Arlen Ness catalog covers many Harley generations, and the same part can exist in versions for cable and throttle-by-wire bikes (look for "TBW" in the title), different fork sizes and different years. Many titles name only the part and its finish, not the motorcycle, so open the listing and compare the model code and year range with your bike, and use the Fitment tab or Ride Finder. Colors are listed as separate products, so you may need to pick the right color listing for the part number you want.

Arlen Ness questions

Which Harley models are covered? Mostly Touring, Softail and Sportster, with some Dyna, plus a few Indian and Victory parts such as brake rotors and an air cleaner kit. Fitment is shown on each listing.

What is the difference between Big Sucker and Monster Sucker? They are two separate air cleaner lines with different styling, listed with their own part numbers. Compare the listing photos and the stage level (Stage I or Stage 2).

Do the foot controls come as kits? Many do. The listing says whether you get the full control, pegs, heel/toe shifter or only parts.

Can I buy small parts like bolts and covers? Yes, those are listed individually.
