ALL BALLS

All Balls Bearing Kits, Rebuild Kits and UTV Axles

Most of what All Balls sells is the small stuff that wears out first: wheel bearings, shock and linkage bearings, carburetor kits, fuel tap repairs, tie rod ends and axles. We list about 4,700 All Balls products, and the split is nearly even, with about 2,470 under UTV | ATV and about 2,160 under Motorcycle. Titles start with a part number such as 25-1280 and end with the machine and years.

The All Balls Racing Group site says the group supplies aftermarket hard parts for UTVs, ATVs and motorcycles, and describes the All Balls brand as bearing and seal kits, cables, drive line, fuel and suspension kits.

Bearings, seals and bushings

Wheel bearing kits. About 470 listings, written as Wheel Bearing Kit or Wheel Bearing & Seal Kit, front or rear, by model. Examples are the rear kit for the Kawasaki Vulcan 500, the Honda CB650F kit and the kit for the 1999-2002 Yamaha Grizzly 4x4. Many sit in Other Wheel & Tire Parts.

Suspension and steering. Suspension Bearings, Bushings & Seals has about 420 motorcycle listings, among them the upper shock bearing and seal kit for Husqvarna, KTM and Gas Gas, the linkage bearing kit for the Yamaha YFZ450R and the fork bushing kit for Honda and Suzuki CRF models. The UTV | ATV version lists about 230 more.

Axles and steering parts

The 8 Ball Extreme Duty axles (about 150 listings) and 6 Ball Heavy Duty axles (about 230) are named by machine and by front, rear, left or right. See the 8 Ball Extreme axle for the Polaris Ranger Crew 570 and the 6 Ball Heavy Duty front axle for the Honda Pioneer 500. They are filed in Axles, with about 110 more in CV Axle Assemblies.

Tie Rods & Steering Linkages holds about 220 listings, such as the tie rod end kit for the Yamaha Wolverine X2 and the Honda Pioneer 700 kit. Ball joints, such as the one for the Honda Sportrax TRX250X, are separate listings.

Carburetor, fuel and brake rebuilds

Carburetor kits are the second-biggest family, with about 390 in Carburetors and about 245 in the UTV | ATV category. Bike kits are titled Bike Carburetor Rebuild Kit, for example the Yamaha YZ85 and the Suzuki Bandit. Around 150 fuel petcocks and taps include the fuel tap repair kit for the Kawasaki KDX220R.

For brakes, Rebuild Kits & Parts lists caliper kits such as the YZ250 caliper rebuild kit and the piston kit for KTM and Husqvarna EXC-F. Sintered brake pads are listed in UTV | ATV Brake Pads.

Matching the kit

Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Polaris show up most often in titles, with Can-Am, Arctic Cat, KTM and Harley-Davidson mixed in. Read the years and the model list in the title, then check front or rear and left or right. A number in a title like 25-1280 is a part number, not a size.
